24 ways to thank your employees
Being a great employer is not just about meeting your legal, financial or OH&S obligations. It’s about creating the type of work place that people want to come to work in, where they feel happy and valued within the organisation.
Happy workers tend to be more engaged, more productive, have fewer sick days and stick around longer. Recognising and thanking your employees on a regular basis is always a good idea and it doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming.
